Rudolph Lohmeyer is a partner based in the Middle East, where he leads Kearney’s National Transformations Institute (NTI) and the International Affairs platform of the Government and Economic Development Practice.

An expert in strategic foresight, strategic planning and innovation, his work focuses on the intersection of international policy, corporate strategy, and the cross-border digital economy including cybersecurity. Previously, Mr. Lohmeyer served in government for five years in a non-political role as the Senior Advisor for Long-Term Strategic Planning at the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Strategic Planning. He received his BA from Stanford University, and his MBA and MPP in International Policy from the University of Chicago.
