With two decades of Federal Government experience, David Chow, Trend Micro's Global Chief Technology Strategy Officer, delivered pivotal IT modernization for the Department of Housing and Urban Development. His leadership reached the highest levels, serving under Presidents Bush and Obama at the White House and reporting directly to the agency head at the Department of Housing and Urban Development. As the former CIO for HUD, he orchestrated the IT modernization of the Federal Housing Administration, managed a $1.3 trillion portfolio, and bolstered agency cybersecurity. His roles at the National Credit Union Administration and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation exemplify his cybersecurity expertise. Prior to joining Trend Micro, he propelled secure cloud adoption as the Global SVP at CoreLogic, a FinTech data company. Additionally, David is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, an Advisory Board member for George Mason College of Engineering and Computing, and the chair of Trend Micro's cyberthreat intelligence committee, comprised of six current US government executive officials.
