Sang-Yoon Chang is an Associate Professor at the Computer Science Department at University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) in USA. He is also the Board of Director at Silicon Valley Cybersecurity Institute (SVCSI). Dr. Chang received his B.S. and PhD degrees from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) in 2007 and 2013, respectively. He is a researcher designing and building security for the emerging networked systems and has made impactful contributions in cybersecurity, networking, wireless/mobile, and cyber-physical systems. He has won grant projects including those funded from NSF, ETRI, and CRDF Global.
