Head of Public Policy & Consumer Affairs, GSMA

Natasha Jackson is a public policy expert, with over 25 years of experience ICT sector. Currently she is the Head of Public Policy and Consumer Affairs for the GSMA, the global organisation representing the interests of mobile operators worldwide. 

Natasha joined the GSMA in 2006 and built up the association’s advocacy work on consumer affairs, leading the organisation’s work on data privacy, security, safety and child online protection. 

Natasha has a BA in Economics, qualified with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, is a board member and former Chairman of FOSI and a supervisory board member for Child Helpline International
