Joy Chik leads Microsoft’s multi-billion-dollar Identity and Network Access security business. Chik’s team is pioneering the digital Trust Fabric to secure access to everything for everyone. After graduating summa cum laude with a B.S. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Chik joined Microsoft as a software engineer. She’s held progressively influential roles and in 2022 she was promoted to President. Chik has been honored with the Asian American Engineer of the Year Award. She’s a board member for the Anita Borg Institute, is active in charities and has deep passion for supporting women pursuing technology careers.
