Rudolph Lohmeyer leads Kearney’s National Transformations Institute (NTI) – an internal think tank dedicated to helping business and government leaders anticipate, navigate and shape the future. In that capacity, he is a lead author of the NTI’s though leadership including the annual Global Cities Report. Mr. Lohmeyer also leads the International Affairs platform of the firm’s Government and Economic Development Practice. An expert in strategic foresight, public policy, and innovation, his work focuses on the intersection of international policy, corporate strategy, and the cross-border digital economy including cybersecurity. Previously, Mr. Lohmeyer served in government for five years in a non-political role as the Senior Advisor for Long-Term Strategic Planning at the U.S. State Department. He received his BA from Stanford University, and both his MBA and MPP in International Policy from the University of Chicago.
