Dr. Maimoonah K. Al Khalil is the Secretary General of the Family Affairs Council in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She was the Director of the National Observatory for Women from its establishment in 2018 until 2022. She is also an Assistant Professor of Applied Linguistics at King Saud University.
