GCF is a global non-profit organization, with administrative and financial autonomy. To drive the achievement of its objectives, GCF has established a governance architecture that includes a diverse and international Board of Trustees, that will be responsible for supervising GCF’s function, growth and development, and a multistakeholder Advisory Council, that will provide recommendations on issues that will support the achievement of GCF’s objectives.
