Bob Willen is the Managing Partner and Chairman of Kearney, a global management consulting firm. With more than 25 years of experience, he has led enterprise transformations across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East. He previously headed Kearney’s Middle East & Africa region (2015–2024), driving consistent growth and key strategic initiatives. Bob co-authored Rebuilding the Corporate Genome, and his insights have appeared in The Economic Times, Forbes Korea, and The Times of India. He holds an MBA from UVA’s Darden School, an MS in Aerospace Engineering from UT Austin, and a BA in Physics from UVA.
