In 2023, the GCF Annual Meeting was convened with the theme Charting Shared Priorities in Cyberspace. It called for action to align the global cyber community on strategic priorities, expand future opportunities, and deepen multi-stakeholder engagement. It featured 150 high-level speakers and gathered attendees from more than 120 countries.
The GCF 2023 helped to define five enduring priorities for collective action:
- Advancing the cyber resilience of critical sectors
- Empowering a safe, sustainable, and inclusive Cyberspace
- Disincentivizing cybercrime
- Harnessing Cyberspace as an engine for growth
- Safeguarding Cyberspace in the era of emerging technologies
